Steven Rosindale and Elaine Godley set up Malmesbury Professionals at their home in early 2008. In July 2010, the venue changed to Malmesbury Bowls Club and is still hosted by Elaine.
The idea is for local business people and their contacts to meet in a social environment with no high pressure sales talk, just simple, good, honest informal chat. We know that business has been passed between new friends and old who meet under the umbrella of Malmesbury Professionals.
Each month we regularly have between 15 and 25 attendees. People come and go according to their other social commitments.
There is no membership fee. Members are encouraged to invite their own selected colleagues and contacts on an ongoing basis. Business owners and senior executives from any industry sector are welcome.
A guideline donation of £7.50 per head is requested and given to the charity of the month after deducting a small donation to the club for the use of their facilities.
